Terms & Conditions
Last updated 10 August 2026
These terms cover your use of Linkfisher, meaning the app and this website. Using either means you agree to them. Read alongside our Privacy Policy, which covers the data side of things.
1. What Linkfisher is
Linkfisher is a bookmark app for saving, organising, and optionally sharing links. It comes in three tiers:
- Guest. No account. Links are stored on your device only, and you get the built-in categories rather than custom ones.
- Free. An account that can own shared Buckets, which are stored on our servers so you and the people you invite can reach them from any device. Custom categories, shared Buckets, and their size are all subject to limits on this tier. Joining someone else's shared Bucket is unrestricted.
- Premium. A paid subscription adding real-time multi-device sync of every link (Link Aquarium™), unlimited custom categories, unlimited shared Buckets including the links and members in them, unlimited Catch & Release sorting, and no ads.
Exact free tier limits are set on our servers so they can change without an app update. The current numbers are always shown in the app at the point they apply.
2. Your account
You need a valid email address to create an account, and you're responsible for keeping access to it secure. Anyone who can complete your magic-link sign-in can access your account. Tell us if you suspect unauthorised access.
You must be at least 16 to create a Linkfisher account.
3. Premium subscriptions
Premium is a paid, auto-renewing subscription billed through the App Store or Google Play, at the price and interval shown at purchase. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, through your App Store or Google Play account settings. We don't process payment or cancellation directly. Downgrading from Premium keeps your existing links, custom categories and shared Buckets intact, but Free tier limits apply going forward, cloud syncing of personal links pauses, and ads return. Custom categories over the Free tier limit are locked rather than deleted: they stay in your account and unlock again if you resubscribe.
4. Ads
Guest and Free use is funded by ads, supplied by Google AdMob. Premium subscribers see no ads. We don't control which specific ads are shown, and an ad appearing in Linkfisher is not an endorsement of the advertiser or their product. Your saved links are never used to target ads.
Where the law requires it, you are asked for consent before ads load, and on iOS you are separately asked whether the app may track you across other companies' apps and websites. See the Privacy Policy for how that works, what is collected, and how to change your answers.
Don't try to block, spoof, automate, or artificially inflate interactions with ads in the app.
5. Content and intellectual property
Links, categories, Buckets, tags, and remarks you save are yours. We don't claim ownership over them, and we don't host or control the destination pages a link points to. A page can change or disappear on its own site regardless of anything Linkfisher does.
You're responsible for what you save and share. Don't use Linkfisher to store or distribute links to content that's illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or is intended to harm or deceive.
What we own stays ours. The Linkfisher name and logo, Link Aquarium™, and the other names, logos, artwork and designs used in the app and on this site belong to One Eternal LTD. Using Linkfisher doesn't give you any right to use them.
6. Shared Buckets
If you own a shared Bucket, you control who's invited and can remove members at any time, which ends their access to that Bucket. Each invite carries a role, set when you send it: a viewer can see the Bucket's links, a collaborator can also add their own and update the Bucket's description. Renaming the Bucket, deleting it, and managing membership stay with the owner.
Everyone in a shared Bucket sees the same links and categories exactly as tagged by whoever added them. Linkfisher doesn't filter or translate that content per viewer. Treat shared Buckets as visible to everyone you've invited, without exception.
A link you add to someone else's Bucket stays yours to edit or delete, and deleting it removes it for everyone in that Bucket. The Bucket's owner can remove it from the Bucket but cannot edit it.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Linkfisher to store, tag, or share unlawful, infringing, or abusive content.
- Attempt to access another user's account, Bucket, or data without authorisation.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the app or its backend beyond normal use.
- Use shared Buckets to harass or spam invited collaborators.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, particularly where a shared Bucket affects other users.
8. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from Profile › Account › Delete Account. This removes your links, Buckets, categories, and avatar from our systems, per our Privacy Policy, and it can't be undone. You choose separately whether the links still on that device are wiped or kept. Content you contributed to someone else's shared Bucket is controlled by that Bucket's owner.
9. No warranty
Linkfisher is provided "as is." We work to keep the service reliable, but we don't guarantee that saved links, previews, or shared Buckets will always be available, accurate, or uninterrupted. A preview image or title can go stale if the source page changes after you save it, and links saved as a guest exist only on that device, so deleting the app deletes them.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Linkfisher isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of saved links or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law doesn't allow it.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Linkfisher evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page, and for material changes, notify you in the app.
